About to AWRES 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Agriculture, Water Resources, and Environmental Sciences will be officially held in Weihai, China. It is a high-level international academic conference focusing on the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and ecological environment. Weihai, as a national demonstration zone for marine ecological civilization construction and a highland for modern agricultural technology innovation, has a solid scientific research foundation and rich practical experience in the development of coastal agricultural resources, intensive allocation of water resources, and regional ecological governance. This conference will conduct systematic discussions on core topics such as the construction of smart agriculture and precision control technology systems, optimization and intelligent scheduling of watershed water resources, prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution and restoration of aquatic ecosystems, coupling response mechanisms of agricultural and water environments under climate change scenarios, and sustainable development of coastal agricultural and fishery composite systems. The conference cordially invites global universities, research institutions, and authoritative experts in the fields of agricultural water conservancy and environmental science to attend. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, technology exhibitions, and academic exchanges, a high-level and international platform for collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research will be constructed. The core mission of the conference is to promote the deep integration of multiple disciplines in agriculture, water conservancy, and environmental science, accelerate the transformation and landing of cutting-edge scientific research achievements in key areas such as food security, efficient utilization of water resources, and ecological environment protection, and continue to demonstrate Weihai's academic radiation and demonstration leading role in the global coastal agricultural water environmental innovation map.

All full paper submissions to the AWRES 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of AWRES 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to awres@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
