About to BAEV 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Big Data Technology, Aerospace Engineering, and Virtual Reality Technology has landed in Beijing, anchoring the characteristic development scenarios of cutting-edge innovation in the aerospace information industry of the Capital Science and Technology Innovation Center. It is aimed at domestic and foreign researchers, aerospace industry technical leaders, and virtual reality technology practitioners in related fields, and builds a cross-border exchange platform for deep integration between cutting-edge technologies and national aerospace science and technology innovation scenarios. The conference focuses on intelligent processing and optimization of massive observation data in aerospace, digital twin iteration of the entire lifecycle of aviation equipment, construction of virtual reality interactive systems for aerospace scenes, and implementation of aerospace science popularization and industrial simulation applications. Through theme sharing, case analysis of national aerospace science and technology innovation projects, and technical supply and demand docking sessions, it directly faces the practical bottlenecks of technology implementation in the aerospace field and exchanges practical implementation solutions with strong adaptability. The conference leverages Beijing's top scientific and industrial cluster advantages in the fields of aerospace information and digital technology to promote cross track linkage of technology resources in different fields, facilitate precise integration of industry, academia, research and application, and create a core interdisciplinary exchange platform for the landing of cutting-edge technologies in the domestic aerospace digital integration field.

All full paper submissions to the BAEV 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of BAEV 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to baev@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
