About to BCIT 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Bioinformatics, Computer Science, and Intelligent Technology will be held in Taiyuan, anchoring the characteristic development scenario of collaborative innovation between the central energy transformation and the life and health industry. It aims to provide a cross-border exchange platform for researchers, technical leaders in the biomedical industry, and intelligent technology practitioners in related fields at home and abroad to deeply connect cutting-edge technologies with local medical and engineering integration scenarios. The conference focused on the intelligent analysis and optimization of big data in genomics, performance iteration of medical auxiliary diagnostic algorithms, construction of an intelligent monitoring system for public health in energy mining areas, and digital protection of local authentic medicinal germplasm resources. Through theme sharing, case analysis of Shanxi medical engineering integration projects, and technical supply and demand docking sessions, the conference directly faced the practical bottlenecks of medical engineering cross technology implementation in the central characteristic scenarios, and exchanged practical implementation plans with strong adaptability. The conference relies on Taiyuan's scientific, educational, and industrial accumulation in the fields of life sciences and computer science to promote cross track linkage of technical resources in different fields, facilitate precise integration of industry, academia, research, and application, and explore a new path of cross disciplinary cooperation with unique local characteristics for the innovation of medical engineering cross industry in central energy provinces.

All full paper submissions to the BCIT 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of BCIT 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to bcit@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
