About to BPEI 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Big Data Economy, Public Administration, and Economic Innovation will be held in Changsha, focusing on the interdisciplinary fields of big data economy, public administration, and economic innovation. It will be open to researchers, industry experts, and practitioners from both domestic and overseas, aiming to build an international academic exchange platform for industry, academia, and research. The conference centered around topics such as big data-driven industrial upgrading, digital government optimization, economic innovation in the central region, and the marketization of data elements. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, case sharing, and other formats, participants exchanged cutting-edge theories and practical experiences from the front line, and deliberated on opportunities for discipline development and implementation challenges. The conference promoted the deep integration of big data technology with public management and industrial development, leveraging the situational advantages of Changsha as the core city of the digital economy in central China. It facilitated school-local cooperation and cross-regional collaborative projects, exploring a new path for high-quality economic development in central provinces in the digital era.

All full paper submissions to the BPEI 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of BPEI 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to bpei@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
