About to DLESS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Digital Libraries, Economics, and Social Sciences is about to kick off in Lanzhou, China, with the aim of building a high-end academic dialogue platform for the digitization of global knowledge resources and the coordinated evolution of social economy. Lanzhou, as a core node of the Silk Road Economic Belt and a major hub of higher education in the western region, has profound academic accumulation and unique cross-cultural exchange advantages in the fields of digital protection of cultural heritage, regional economic transformation research, and social governance innovation. This conference focuses on core issues such as the innovation of digital library technology architecture and knowledge service system, the transformation of social science research paradigm driven by digital humanities, data governance and policy quantitative evaluation of regional economic development, the globalization path of open science and knowledge sharing, and the empowerment of social equity and inclusive development by digital technology. The conference covers key areas such as smart collections and semantic retrieval technology, digital economy and intellectual property protection, social big data mining and public policy optimization. We cordially invite authoritative scholars from universities, research institutes, and the fields of library, information, and social sciences from around the world to attend. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic discussions, achievement exhibitions, and academic exchanges, we aim to build an international collaborative bridge that connects digital technology and humanities and social sciences. All full paper submissions to the DLESS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of DLESS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to dless@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
