About to EMSD 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Economic Management, Social Sciences, and Digital Transformation was held in Changchun, with the revitalization of old industrial bases as a living field: how digital variables change the fate of organizations, labor, and regions. The conference is open to representatives from economics, management, sociology, public policy, and industry, discussing topics such as state-owned enterprise reform and digital transformation, restructuring of the automotive industry chain, platform economy and small and medium-sized enterprises, food security and agricultural digitization, population mobility and shrinking urban governance, ice and snow economy, skill reshaping and employment, data governance and public services. The agenda adopts enterprise in-depth visits, workshop and community surveys, policy sand table simulations, dataset workshops, youth scholar roundtables, and case competitions, emphasizing the extraction of testable explanations from real constraints. Changchun is home to FAW, black soil, research institutes, and ice and snow scenes, combining industrial heritage with the pains of transformation, making it easy to observe the interaction between systems, technology, and people. The conference aims to form a transformation evaluation framework, policy toolbox, and regional coordination mechanism for the revitalization of Northeast China, providing empirical support for high-quality development and inclusive society construction.

All full paper submissions to the EMSD 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of EMSD 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to emsd@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
