About to EOME 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Electronic Information Engineering, Optoelectronic Materials, and Energy Engineering will be held in Dalian, anchoring the characteristic development scenario of the integration of advanced manufacturing and new energy industries along the northeast coast. It will provide a cross-border exchange platform for researchers, technical leaders of the optoelectronic industry, and energy engineering practitioners in related fields at home and abroad to deeply connect cutting-edge technologies with the application scenarios of port industries. The conference focuses on the optimization of weather resistance of optoelectronic devices in marine environments, intelligent control of new energy systems in port areas, iteration of low-carbon preparation processes for optoelectronic materials, and upgrading of electronic information systems for offshore wind power. Through theme sharing, on-site case analysis of port industries, and technical supply and demand docking sessions, it directly faces the practical bottlenecks of technology implementation in special coastal working conditions and exchanges practical implementation plans with strong adaptability. All full paper submissions to the EOME 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of EOME 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to eome@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
