About to HEDS 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Humanities, Education Development, and Digital Society will be held in Changsha, where the millennium academy's songs and algorithms of the digital society will be discussed together. The conference is aimed at education, humanities and social sciences, public management, technology ethics, and frontline education practitioners, discussing topics such as knowledge production and humanistic spirit in the digital age, the boundaries of intelligent technology entering the classroom, educational equity and digital divide, media literacy and information ethics, vocational education and industrial transformation, digital expression of cultural heritage, platform social governance and public rationality. The agenda adopts classic text co reading, classroom field observations, policy debates, educational technology sandbox experiences, rural school connections, youth scholar flash mobs, and community museum workshops, emphasizing the equal importance of humanistic care and technological feasibility. Changsha combines Hunan culture, media art creativity, high-quality basic education resources, and night economy, making it easy to observe how technology enters daily life. The conference aims to form a curriculum plan, digital ethical consensus, and urban-rural collaborative education network that can be discussed, serving the construction of a learning society and cultural confidence.

All full paper submissions to the HEDS 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of HEDS 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to heds@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
