About to HIES 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Humanities Education, Information Science, and Educational Systems will be held in Hangzhou, focusing on the interdisciplinary fields of humanities education innovation, information science technology, and intelligent educational systems. It aims to build an international academic exchange platform for industry-university-research cooperation, targeting researchers from universities at home and abroad, experts in the educational informatization industry, and related practitioners. The conference focused on distinctive directions such as the innovation of digital humanities teaching models, the security governance of educational information systems, the integration of Song Dynasty culture into the construction of smart classrooms, and the cross-regional digital sharing of educational resources. Through keynote speeches, thematic discussions, and sharing of local practical cases, participants exchanged cutting-edge theories and front-line implementation experiences, and deliberated on opportunities for discipline development and existing practical challenges. The conference promotes the deep integration of information science and technology with humanistic education concepts, leveraging Hangzhou's pioneering advantages in digital economy and digital education construction to facilitate cross-regional academic cooperation and school-local collaborative projects, providing a reusable local practical reference sample for the humanization upgrade of the domestic smart education system.

All full paper submissions to the HIES 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of HIES 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to hies@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
