About to IBDH 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Innovation, Big Data, and Humanities is scheduled to grandly kick off in Wuhan, China, with the aim of building a high-end international academic dialogue platform that integrates technological innovation, data intelligence, and humanities research. Wuhan, located at the crossroads of nine provinces, boasts the intellectual resources of millions of university students and has been a key hub for the inheritance of the Jingchu cultural heritage and a highland for technological innovation in central China. Relying on the unique advantages of scientific and educational collaboration and the booming trend of the digital economy, the city has accumulated profound and remarkable achievements in the transformation of humanities research driven by big data, the construction of innovation systems, and the exploration of digital civilization. The conference conducted in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as the reconstruction of humanities research paradigms and methodological innovations through big data, the empowerment of intelligent technology for cultural heritage protection and knowledge system reshaping, the return of humanistic spirit and reflection on technological ethics driven by innovation, the collaborative path between data governance and social civilization progress, and the emergence of a new humanistic research ecology through interdisciplinary integration. The conference also covers sub fields such as digital humanities practice, big data social governance, and innovation ecology creation. We sincerely invite authoritative experts from universities and research institutions around the world to participate in the event and conduct academic exchanges through keynote speeches, group discussions, and achievement exhibitions. All full paper submissions to the IBDH 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of IBDH 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ibdh@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
