About to IECSC 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Information Engineering, Computer Science and Control will be held in Tianjin, treating control loops as open experiments: from sensor data, communication latency, algorithm decision-making to execution mechanisms, verifying stability and efficiency step by step. The conference is aimed at colleges and universities, institutes, port and shipping logistics, equipment manufacturing, petrochemical energy and intelligent transportation teams to discuss networked control, enhanced learning control, industrial software, information security, digital twins, fault diagnosis, unmanned systems and edge computing, and include high constraint scenarios such as northern port regulation, hazardous chemicals supervision, wind turbines and ships berthing and unberthing. The agenda consists of engineering data review, open source controller operation, standardized interface demonstration, youth challenge camp, and port area visits, highlighting second level response, robustness, and auditability. Based on Tianjin's industrial foundation, scientific and educational resources, and the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative channel, the conference aims to precipitate portable control models, testing platforms, and joint research lists to serve resilient cities, smart ports, and high-end equipment upgrades.

All full paper submissions to the IECSC 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of IECSC 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iecsc@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
