About to IICC 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Informatics, Intelligent Communication, and Cloud Computing has landed in Suzhou, focusing on the characteristic development needs of the computing power network construction in the core cities of the Yangtze River Delta digital economy. It is aimed at domestic and foreign researchers, technical leaders in the communication cloud industry, and digital industry practitioners in related fields, and aims to build a cross-border exchange platform that deeply connects cutting-edge technologies with the Yangtze River Delta computing hub scenarios. Focusing on the optimization of intelligent communication scheduling algorithm for computing power network, the iteration of industrial cloud native information processing system, the construction of high-end manufacturing production line edge cloud collaboration system, and the low-carbon upgrading of computing power network in cities along the river, the conference directly faced the actual sticking points of technology implementation in the Yangtze River Delta intelligent manufacturing scene through theme sharing, the dismantling of Suzhou industrial Internet benchmark cases, and the special session for technology supply and demand docking, and exchanged practical implementation plans with strong adaptability. The conference leverages Suzhou's complete industrial cluster advantages in advanced computing and intelligent manufacturing to promote cross track linkage of technology resources in different fields, facilitate precise integration of industry, academia, research and application, and create interdisciplinary innovation practice samples with Jiangnan intelligent manufacturing characteristics for the industrial cloud upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta computing hub.

All full paper submissions to the IICC 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of IICC 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iicc@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
