About to MPAS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Mechatronics, Predictive Control, and Autonomous Systems will be held in Qingdao, anchoring the characteristic development scenario of intelligent manufacturing and marine equipment industry coordinated upgrading in northern ports. It aims to provide a cross-border communication platform for researchers, high-end equipment industry technical leaders, and autonomous system technology practitioners in related fields at home and abroad to deeply connect cutting-edge technologies with port equipment application scenarios. The conference focused on optimizing the performance of marine equipment electromechanical integration systems, iterating predictive control algorithms for autonomous navigation equipment under complex sea conditions, building intelligent scheduling systems for unmanned operation clusters in ports, and upgrading the reliability of deep-sea exploration autonomous operation equipment. Through theme sharing, on-site case analysis of high-end equipment industry in Qingdao port, technical supply and demand docking sessions, and other forms, it directly faced the practical bottlenecks of equipment technology landing under special coastal working conditions, and exchanged practical implementation plans with strong adaptability. The conference relies on Qingdao's profound industrial accumulation in the field of marine equipment and intelligent manufacturing, promotes cross track linkage of technical resources in different fields, facilitates precise docking of industry, academia, research and application, and builds a cross disciplinary scientific cooperation and exchange hub with northern coastal characteristics for the technological upgrading of domestic marine independent intelligent equipment industry.

All full paper submissions to the MPAS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of MPAS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to mpas@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
