About to MSIS 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Management Science, Intelligent Society and Social Development was held in Shaoxing, taking advantage of the trend of water towns: using mobility to overcome blockages and leaving blank spaces to achieve long-term goals. The conference is aimed at representatives from management, public management, sociology, information science, and the business community to discuss topics such as intelligent social governance, urban digitization and grassroots burden reduction, platform responsibility and algorithm accountability, intelligent manufacturing transformation of traditional industries, quality control of Huangjiu textiles, cultural tourism integration and ancient city protection, silver haired society and intergenerational integration, and assessment of common prosperity. The agenda includes studying the master's files, visiting the digital governance of ancient towns, simulating decision-making in Huangjiu workshops, community roundtables, youth case competitions, and interviews with merchants in the textile city, emphasizing the integration of the plan into Huangjiu jars and weaving into cloth. Shaoxing combines the cultural heritage of famous scholars, the vitality of private economy, and manufacturing foundation. The digital governance scene is small yet comprehensive, making it easy to observe the human radius of technology implementation. The conference aims to condense replicable governance tools, industrial transformation routes, and social development indicators to serve the exploration of humanistic smart cities and common prosperity.

All full paper submissions to the MSIS 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of MSIS 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to msis@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
