About to PDSS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Public Relations, Digital Transformation, and Intelligent Society will be held in Nanchang, focusing on the characteristic track of brand upgrading and digital society collaborative construction in central provincial capital cities. It will be aimed at domestic and foreign researchers, public relations practitioners, and researchers in the field of digital transformation, to build a cross-border communication platform that deeply connects cutting-edge theories with the governance scenarios of Ganpo characteristic cities. The conference focused on optimizing the digital communication public relations system of urban brands, iterating the digital transformation path of county-level business environment, upgrading the intelligent interactive system of red culture communication, and accurately adapting grassroots public digital services. Through theme sharing, dismantling of benchmark cases of digital transformation in Nanchang city, and supply and demand docking sessions, it directly faced the actual bottlenecks of intelligent society construction in central provincial capital cities and exchanged practical implementation plans with strong adaptability. The conference relies on Nanchang's local resource advantages in the fields of red culture dissemination and digital city construction, promotes cross track linkage of resources in different fields, facilitates precise integration of industry, academia, research and application, and creates a distinctive interdisciplinary innovation practice field with red characteristics for the integrated development of public relations and digital society in the central region.

All full paper submissions to the PDSS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PDSS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to pdss@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
