About to SDIS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Intelligent Society, Digital Economy, and Information Systems will be held in Wuhan, focusing on the characteristic track of the integration of digital economy and urban intelligent governance in the Central Science and Technology Innovation Center. It is aimed at domestic and foreign researchers in related fields, digital industry practitioners, and researchers in the field of intelligent society construction, to build a cross-border exchange platform that deeply connects cutting-edge theories with the digital transformation scenarios of cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The conference focused on the optimization of industrial digital economy information system architecture, iteration of data collaboration mechanism for urban intelligent social governance, upgrading of digital platform for smart governance in the Yangtze River Basin, and the implementation of inclusive information services for digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Through theme sharing, dismantling of Wuhan digital economy benchmark cases, and supply and demand docking sessions, it directly faced the actual bottlenecks in the implementation of intelligent social construction in central mega cities and exchanged practical implementation plans with strong adaptability. The conference relies on Wuhan's top scientific and industrial advantages in the fields of optoelectronic information and digital governance, promotes cross track linkage of resources in different fields, facilitates precise integration of industry, academia, research and application, and explores a new interdisciplinary integration path with the characteristics of the Yangtze River Economic Belt for the coordinated development of intelligent society and digital economy in the central region.

All full paper submissions to the SDIS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of SDIS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to sdis@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
