About to SEBA 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Smart Energy, Big Data Applications, and Artificial Intelligence will be held in Qingdao, with the main theme of "clean and low-carbon, data-driven, and intelligent collaboration". It will gather domestic and foreign experts, scholars, industry engineers, and innovation teams to discuss the path of energy digital transformation and the large-scale implementation of artificial intelligence. The conference focuses on topics such as smart grids, integrated energy systems, hydrogen energy and energy storage, carbon monitoring and management, energy big data analysis, data element circulation, privacy computing, industrial big models, intelligent operation and maintenance, and digital twins. It includes modules such as keynote speeches, parallel sub forums, case roadshows, achievement exhibitions, and school enterprise docking to promote the validation and iteration of algorithms, data, and equipment in real scenarios. Qingdao has the advantages of marine energy development, rail transit equipment, industrial Internet, port logistics and other scenarios, which can provide support for technology testing, demonstration applications and standard collaboration. The conference aims to promote interdisciplinary dialogue and chain cooperation, accelerate the commercialization of smart energy technology, release data value, and trustworthy application of AI, and serve green and low-carbon development, new power system construction, and intelligent upgrading of urban governance.

All full paper submissions to the SEBA 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of SEBA 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to seba@meeting-client.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
